Returns & Exchanges Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new pieces from Seductive Swim. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.<\/p>\n

1. Return Window<\/h5>\n

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

2. Strict Hygiene Standards (Please Read Carefully)<\/h5>\n


Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and swimwear, and for the health and safety of all our customers, we enforce a strict hygiene policy. To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n

Hygiene Liners: The protective hygiene sticker\/liner on swimwear bottoms and bodysuits must be completely intact and unaltered.<\/p>\n

Try-On Policy: All items must be tried on over your own underwear.<\/p>\n

Original Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.<\/p>\n

Non-Eligible Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or if the hygiene liner has been removed or reapplied.<\/p>\n

3. Non-Returnable Items<\/h5>\n


The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n

Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.<\/p>\n

Adhesive bras, pasties, and intimate accessories.<\/p>\n

Gift cards.<\/p>\n

4. Return Shipping Costs<\/h5>\n


Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.<\/p>\n

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.<\/p>\n

Liability: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Seductive Swim is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.<\/p>\n

5. How to Initiate a Return<\/h5>\n


Request: Email our support team at atoposzhong@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.<\/p>\n

Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our official return address.<\/p>\n

Ship: Securely package your items and include the RMA number inside the package. Please DO NOT send your return to the address on your original shipping label.<\/p>\n

6. Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h5>\n


Every piece is meticulously inspected before leaving our facility. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at atoposzhong@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In these rare cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.<\/p>\n

7. Refunds<\/h5>\n

Once your return is received and passes our hygiene inspection, we will notify you via email.
