1. Order Processing Time

• All orders require a 1–3 business days processing period after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays).

• This time is used for order verification, quality inspection, careful packaging and logistics preparation.

• During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, summer sale, Chinese New Year), processing time may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will notify you by email if delays occur.

• Custom, wholesale and OEM orders have separate production and processing timelines, which will be confirmed via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We provide FREE tracked shipping worldwide via reliable international carriers (YunExpress, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, etc.).

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

• No minimum purchase required.

• If you need expedited/express shipping, please contact us for a quote.

• Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

• Address changes can only be made within 24 hours after placing the order.

6. Undelivered & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed status, customs refusal or non-payment of duties, we will notify you by email.

2. To receive a refund (original shipping cost is non-refundable as shipping was already fulfilled).
