Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new pieces from Seductive Swim. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Strict Hygiene Standards (Please Read Carefully)
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and swimwear, and for the health and safety of all our customers, we enforce a strict hygiene policy. To be eligible for a return:
Hygiene Liners: The protective hygiene sticker/liner on swimwear bottoms and bodysuits must be completely intact and unaltered.
Try-On Policy: All items must be tried on over your own underwear.
Original Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.
Non-Eligible Returns: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or if the hygiene liner has been removed or reapplied.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased during a clearance or “Final Sale” event.
Adhesive bras, pasties, and intimate accessories.
Gift cards.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Liability: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Seductive Swim is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Request: Email our support team at atoposzhong@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our official return address.
Ship: Securely package your items and include the RMA number inside the package. Please DO NOT send your return to the address on your original shipping label.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
Every piece is meticulously inspected before leaving our facility. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at atoposzhong@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In these rare cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and passes our hygiene inspection, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
